Returns & Exchanges

Here at First Distributors, Inc., we take pride in our product selection and hope that you enjoy everything that you purchase from our online store. We want you to feel completely comfortable ordering from our online store and ask that you review the following Returns & Exchange Policy. Please do not hesitate to contact us with questions.

Due to the wholesale and seasonal nature of our business, all returns and exchanges are subject to the following criteria. If you are unsure about the return policy before purchasing a particular item, please do not hesitate to call.
  • For general items, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item(s) up to 15 days after the date of purchase.
  • For seasonal and holiday items we accept returns/exchanges up to 5 days after the date of purchase.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on discontinued or clearance merchandise.
  • Please note that in some cases a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. If you are unsure about the return policy before purchasing a particular item, please do not hesitate to call.
Return / Exchange Instructions:
  • Please contact our warehouse toll-free at 1.800.758.5868 or e-mail us at custserviceonline@firstdistributors.net. Before shipping back your return, you must have received an Authorized Return Number from a manager.
  • Returned items must include original receipt or packing slip / invoice.
  • Items shipped back for return must be packed securely (in the original packaging when applicable). Any item we receive back damaged or in used condition will not be credited.
  • Please note that we will not accept COD deliveries. All Shipping Charges are the responsibility of the customer, this includes returns and exchanges.
  • First Distributors, Inc. is located in Sacramento, CA; if you are near by, you may avoid the shipping cost by returning merchandise in person with the original receipt only.
Breakage/Defective Items:
If you receive an item that was damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately upon receipt. Items damaged by the carrier or any breakage in shipping must be reported to the carrier within 5 days. All original packaging materials and paperwork must be available to process claim in most cases.

For defective items, please contact us immediately as well. In most cases a full refund (including shipping) will be credited to your credit card if we are contacted within 5 days of product receipt.

Refund Process:
We will process your return promptly upon receipt in our warehouse. Your refunds will be credited back to the same credit card used to make your original purchase minus any fees incurred for re-stocking, if applicable.
